These guys know what they are doing and they learned a lot from Infamous.
No one had a problem with the old character design until it got changed, so that wasn't the issue. Sucker Punch would not have made the change if it wasn't needed. Yet, he turns out to be one of the most engaging characters in gaming history.įor the record I don't like the new character design but I think Sucker Punch wants to add more depth to this character and with the old character design they might not have been able to convey this growth convincingly. I guy wore a white-t and blue jeans for Gods sake. I didn't like it a first but look what Naughty Dog did with Nathan Drake. Now, with that said there is really nothing wrong with it. The new design looks like me when I walk out of the house. I'd love to see any other character that had an outfit like his. The old Cole may have been balled like Nathan Hale but I'm not talking about face here.

Rockstar Games recently released full details about each member of the Van der Linde gang, starting with gang leader Dutch Van der Linde. In Red Dead Redemption 2, though, Marston is still a young man and active member of that gang since the new title is a prequel. In that game, Marston had to hunt down members of that gang to save his wife and son. In the first Red Dead Redemption, players visited the Wild West and took control of John Marston, a former member of the Van der Linde gang. Each member has a short bio, with some of their stories teasing the plot of the title. Rockstar Games has released information about the members of the Van der Linde gang as they will appear in Red Dead Redemption 2.
